We bought our cabinets from Thelen 8 years ago and recently stopped in after we broke a hinge. Chad was so kind and helped us out. The customer service here has been nothing but outstanding. Thelen Cabinet Company made the cabinets for my basement finish job 8 years ago for cheaper than the big box stores and much higher quality, came to the house, measured and pointed out things I had not noticed with my original plan. The cabinets are still gorgeous cherry and look better than the day I got them, I needed another pantry like cabinet to match and they did an awesome job, delivered it and put it right where I wanted it, matches perfectly, I would recommend them to anyone looking for high quality workmanship and great customer service!!Service: Custom cabinet design & installation

We recently finished our basement level and was given the name of Thelen Cabinet Co. when we were deciding on cabinets. From the moment we met Chad, we knew we were in the right place!Chad listened to what we needed and wanted, and was able to design exactly what we had in mind with a great balance of need and want, and within our budget.The quality of the cabinets is exceptional!
