I have banked here for nearly 10 years and have always received excellent customer service. Convenient downtown location; the one time I overdrew my account they stopped future fees and put limits on my checking account making it so I am incapable of withdrawing more than I have. My favorite part is that they have a card machine. Clients can get same day replacement (sometimes in under 30 mins) on lost, broken or stolen cards. Not to mention access to online banking. They really surpass my expectations and operate within client's best interest. From very unlikely to most likely, I definitely recommend a consultation to discuss the options they have to offer. Reinstated my checking account in a flash. Allyson and Hope were super knowledgeable about everything I came in for. In and out in ten minutes 🙂

Made a mistake on my checking account. MY FAULT! Was overdrawn so they started charging fees. Fair enough but since they had my telephone number it would have been real easy to just call me and I would have taken care of it then. Instead they let the fees build up while they send me a letter via snail mail. (USPS) By then fees had gone up more than if they would have just picked up the phone and called me. They make you give a phone number when you get your account so why didn't they call?????? All I know is by doing it the way they do they make a lot more money with their fees. What a great way to make money if you can get away with it. Whether it is right or not is what needs to be addressed. I have closed my account and will try to find somewhere that has more integrity. In banking that could be a real challenge.
