Our salesman Ryan was proactive in getting our desired vehicle from Toyota and in securing and installing difficult to find accessories. Erick in the finance department was also very helpful over the phone and at pick-up. This dealership is honest and pleasurable to work with. Other dealers were charging premiums for our particular model, but Quality didn't play that game and just kept to MSRP.
