“The guys in the shop are very curtious. They don't try to rip you off and tell you that you need a new part when you know good and well you don't. They are fast and efficient at what they do. The gentleman in the store is a people person and that is what you need in a business. I feel very comfortable going there by myself! ?”

“Even though parts were backordered from Ford on a recall, fix, Nelson Ford kept me in the loop and worked very hard to source parts from other dealer locations to get my vehicle fixed.”

“The gentleman that changed my oil and checked out everything on my white Grand Cherokee Jeep was very professional and I was impressed with how organized he was and very knowledgeable. BUT, also at the same time made me laugh a lot and I feel like he was the perfect worker, he can do his job in as little time as possible answer any questions that a customer has and bullshit with a customer ( in a respectful manner ) at the same time. Good person to keep customers coming back to you for service. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 10 STARS!!!!!!”

“Experienced car trouble and pulled off in Fergus. First place we went said it be a 2 1/2 week wait. Went to Nelson’s and they were able to get us seen that afternoon. Chris was amazing in the service center & made sure we were aware of the timeline and what was going on every step of the way. He also made sure to check for recalls so GM ended up paying for everything except for parts pickup! Thank you to Chris & the team, you guys were our lifesavers!”

“I was looking online and at big box stores for a part to make a repair, but I wasnt satisfied. I called this business because I wanted to talk to someone who knew their stuff. The owner had the part I needed, on hand, at a fair price. When I walked in I saw clear evidence that I was in the right place. I will take all of my repairs or problems and purchase any parts through this business. He is 100% an expert and provides honest high quality work right here in the community.”
