Offer free exchanges! I could understand paying shipping to return an item, but I don’t agree with paying a shipping charge for an exchange. The shipping cost for my exchange is almost as much as the item I ordered!

Just bought my second underseat storage bin for my 2018 F150 and it's even better than the one I bought for my '09 Ford. Still the same heavy ABS plastic, but the dividers are much better. Best aftermarket upgrade you can add to your SCab/SCrew!
