“I really can't put into words how awesome Unity Wellness is, but I'll give it a shot. I have trained at the facility two times per week for the past seven years. It all starts with the people and, to a person, the people who make this facility work are top shelf. I have seen supportive environments, but this place is next level making people feel welcomed and important.

I have had the privilege of working with the same trainer my entire time at Unity Wellness. Renae is awesome. Best guess is that our introduction was completely random, but holy cow this lady is a rock star. She is passionate about her work and has made a huge difference for me. I find each session to be a challenge. Objectively, I have observed improvement month over month without fail. That is 100% directly related to Renae and the investment she makes in her clients. Besides being probably the greatest trainer ever, she is a genuine human who gets to know all of her client's very well. While training will always push a person, Renae and all of the trainers are consumed with safety, proper form and working within each clients skill sets. There is definitely no one size fits all in this facility. If you are on the fence about hiring a trainer, stop thinking about it and just do it at Unity Wellness. You'll never regret it.

Let's talk about the facility because it is also second to none. The facility is modern clean and checks every box for what you would expect in a gym. Rogue, Assault, Concept NUFF SAID and you won't be disappointed. There is always plenty of room and over crowding is never a concern. Locker rooms are clean and well kept. The facility even provides towels, yes really - towels.

Last thing, the facility demographic covers people of all ages. From elementary school age to people well into the later stages of life, this place has programming and trainers available and eager to train. I would encourage anyone to reach out to Unity Wellness and start on a journey that will materially change their life for the better.”
