They have the most piss poor customer service I have ever had the misfortune to have been exposed to. The women at the automotive counter tried to charge me for extra work that I hadn't asked for or even authorized. They just did (if it was even done) to try and charge me extra and stated they were trying to be nice and I was the kind of person that didn't appreciate people being nice. This is after I had to wait two hours "because they were too busy". But, apparently not busy enough to where they did (alleged) extra work I didn't want done. After this she yelled at me and told me I didn't appreciate what they had done. I said I wasn't going to pay for something I didn't ask for and didn't want done. She continued to yell at me. Everyone could hear it. So, I yelled back and demanded the store manager. He eventually came, but just acted like me being there was a huge inconvenience and it was my fault for causing him to have to come to the automotive counter. I wrote a complaint letter to corporate and received no response. I guess they don't care either. I will never return to Fleet Farm again!!!

In the last 3 months I have spent well over 3,000.00 in sporting good. The accusations and treatment from 2 females was the end to my business in this store. I will not spend a dime ever again there. Not the first time I've heard how rude they are but now I got to see it for myself. I was there for a 1,100.00 purchase but the rudeness ended that.

The team in the Fargo Fleet Farm sporting goods dept are great at their job. Working together seamlessly, Professional, efficient, knowledgeable, great customer service even under stressful holiday rush.

Fleet farm is still my store but they have so much less than they did with the previous owners. Many items I used to buy are no longer available. But I keep going and I still enjoy shopping there. The staff is very friendly.

My old Whirley popcorn popper broke in the middle of popping corn for Christmas popcorn balls! Yikes!! Went online - didn’t want to drive into town and go from store to store - checked prices for a new one - Fleet Farm had best price and I could order online. Very easy process to order. Within an hour I received an email and a text that my order was ready for pick up! Wow! Now that’s service! Drove into town - very organized pickup and I was home to finish popping corn!! Thank you Fleet Farm in Fergus Falls!!

Everything changed when origional owners sold, they had full shelves, lots of hardware was the place to go.Now, a lot of missing missing products. If you need 4 of something they may have 3 of it (if that shelf spot is not completely empty ) leavening you to go elsewhere for the forth.It's getting so a person need to look elsewhere and if you don't find it then go to FF. Sorry FF but that is the way it is and your are getting worse.

They do not always have all the merchandise I am used to buying there. It is very disappointing! I had to go to 5 FF stores to find what I wanted and I wanted to buy several of the same item and they only had 1.

It's fine if you're looking for hunting and fishing equipment, but the farm side of things has really taken a hit since the Mills family sold it.

1: I am the customer. I am always right. If I ask you politely for something reasonable, such as "I want to buy this helmet, but I want one in a box," your answer should simply be, "Yes, Sir, Here you go." 2: Not that you need to know this, but the reason I want my helmet new in a box is because I want to be sure it hasn’t been dropped… As once a helmet has had an impact, it is likely less effective. But you would not need to know number two if you could just remember number one. 3: Don't tell me, "That's the way we sell them" [loose/without boxes] when I’m standing there looking at two helmets, my size, new in the box and the only reason I’m speaking to you is because I need help getting them down off the high shelf. In fact, had I taken the loose one directly to the cash register I’m sure I'd have wasted more time waiting on someone to retrieve the box with the UPC, so it could be scanned. But you wouldn’t need to worry about this if you just remembered number one. Thank you!"Though many people continue using their helmets after dropping them from several feet high, you should be aware that your helmet performance may degrade even if there are no visible damages."

I purchased an item that I was told was available in the yard buildings. The computer said there were 4 of them in stock. I drove to the yard. The only assistant in the yard spent several minutes looking for the item but failed to locate it. He told me to return to the store for further assistance. The service desk assistant checked the computer and told me the item was actually out of stock.

Love their products. Friendly staff, good prices. Offer cash rewards whether you shop with the store card or pay cash, even on gas.

Losing a star for lack of staff in all locations. Finding anyone to assist with anything is impossible in fleets since it was sold. Also, lost another star since pricing seems higher then similar stores in general which makes it hard to recommend anyone go to unless there is no other choice. Products are consistent though.
