“I was referred to Apothecary, and so glad I was! I walked in and was greeted with a smile and assistance right away. After asking to speak to the pharmacist, he (Jay) came over right away! I shared my situation and right away, he was on his computer trying to get some answers! The entire staff are so friendly and will advocate/support whatever the “client” might need. I called checking on a medication and they triple checked after I was uncertain about a prior authorization. They will help and guide their patients when we are uncertain of the next steps! I will be sharing my wonderful experience with everyone!”

“I went to my local Walgreen, pharmacy in Fergus, falls Minnesota. It was a Tuesday I was scheduled for surgery on Friday. I had to take my insulin shots so my sugars can be down and I can be ready for surgery that was very necessary., but I didn't realize that the pen did not come with needles, I spoke with Dixon on the phone. He was very nice and told me I could come and get them, but the pharmacy closed at 8 and it was already 8:10 pm by the time I got there, I happened to catch Dixon locking up. I asked him if he could help. He was off of the job, but he was more than willing to help me. He opened the Pharmacy door back up and got me the needles and made sure the cashier cash me out.He didn't know about my situation , but he was very compassionate and understanding and very well trained in his job..”

“I have been using TW for over a decade and have always had great service and great care from all the employees. Rarely have I had to wait very long in the drive up. Very professional, prompt, courteous, and helpful. I switched from Walgreens because every single time I had problems with my prescription refills. Not once have I had an issue at TW. I am grateful to have TW in the convenient location (for me) on Lincoln. Thank you, TW staff for being awesome!”
