I just wanted to thank you guys for being here! And really DOING THE MOST GOOD!
I think most people think that doing the most good means giving the most money.
However, I now understand it's about doing the MOST good even if it's hot meals, clean cloths, AND SALVATION! AMEN!
Also special thanks to Carol you're always helping me when it was available. With a genuine smile a kind heart and hopeful eyes!
I cannot imagine having to tell people sorry we cant help is an easy job. Not sure if i could it so THANK YOU!

So far, Mostly just Compassion for me.
Grateful for 5 meals a week I can count on. Real Food. Not mystery meat quality that I rather go hungry than eat.
I can exist in less. Proved that is year! But not prefer to. Grateful for comfort of full belly at least 5 times. Makes the rest easier to endure.
You extra hungry, Ask Rikki. She keep you fed. I Taste Love in her meals. She not want you Hungry. She looks tired. She prepared, with or without help, she come in. She not want us to live hungry.
She seems to be in need of Back Up for Days Off. I would if could. Need Certified volunteer to give Respite for Rikki.
Best Restaurant in Town in my budget ....but that's low bar...only place in MY budget....hehe .....But better Quality real, home comfort food with ingredients I can identify, name, and so far, enjoy. My bar not normally low.....the bar outside my own kitchen much lower. I have low expectations .....but Here, this Salvation Army in Particular, I Feel Compassion, Concern, Care.
Very little finger wagging for asking of Protocol. How refreshing.
I want add...I Picky......not want be.....just am......
And yet, not left hungry here.
Best I been fed, for over a week now, in longest stretch I've had with daily meals. Months, been living on less.
Gratefulness here.
Real food. Coffee perfect strength to Taste Bold, but not leave your teeth Gritty. My perfect cup.
In a real cup.
And sit inside, protected from Sun/blizzard year round, eating on Real Correlle plates, metal silverware, cups with choice for cold drinks and coffee. Not OR coffee. Both if desired.
And no one calling cops on me for being Eyesore.

On behalf of Service Dog Handler/part Owners/Walkers/Advocates everywhere, Thank you for Welcoming the Animals that are our Medical Accessory.....They People, too!!! They Medical, and Family, I thankful to not walk in with Fear of Scene for Illegal Removal.

Even living without the luxury of hygiene efforts/tools, my foot is healing, infection gone......just need a bit more time for hole to close, and I be up on Both Feet, Strong, healed in so many ways, I expect to Run again.

Amazes me how ANYBODY gets help from this place when Carol can't be bothered to return a freaking phone call. Unprofessional and pathetic.

One of the great unsung heros of our community. Free social services, emergency assistance, support groups, emergency financial aid for the disabled..

I inquired on multiple areas their assistance could benifit me at this very critical time. Due to the adverse and residual impact of chronic stress as well as displacement out of my home as well as career to cease the relationship that proved too toxic to continue to be a contributor to it. Especially when there are kids that deserve to have a healthy environment and not grow up being conditioned to hearing things that should never even be said. I don't have a phone so gas is a pretty big deal to me....Do I risk the chance of running out of gas and going to ask for help one more time?
