I recently took my car to Ultimate Auto , and I couldn’t be happier with the service. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, professional, and clearly knowledgeable. They took the time to explain what was wrong with my vehicle and provided a detailed estimate before doing any work.
The repairs were completed on time, and the pricing was very fair—no surprise charges or upselling. My car runs perfectly now, and they even went the extra mile to clean up under the hood. It’s rare to find a mechanic who’s both skilled and honest, but Ultimate Auto truly fits the bill.
I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable automotive service. I’ll definitely be coming back for regular maintenance and any future repairs.

I owe them apology for not following through fixing $$$ differential. I was in a rock and hard place being homeless and kicked off the parking spot so I had to run. The front desk was super nice and I appreciate their help, I wish I could afford the prices to help the small town locals. If I come back through, I’ll make sure to say hi and apologize like I should’ve before leaving town. ??

So far, it's a five star place. It was a reasonable price for good attention for what could be wrong with my vehicle. But I am still going through the process because he has to order parts and put me in the schedule again. With my brief conversation with him, I feel like he is very efficient and knowledgeable to fix the problems.

I my 1984 c10, was having electrical issues the gauge cluster wouldn't light up and some other stuff my wiring was pretty bad but they were able to fix it for what I feel was a pretty good price so now my gauges and stuff work good and they still do as I am writing this a year after I got it fixed im super grateful for it I am also taking my truck in for all my bushings to be done here I highly recommend them! as I have gone to other places that have done nothing but over charge (mn motors) or mess it up somehow every time I take it there (nelsons) this is the only place I have gone to that I felt hasn't over charge me and they have not messed up

I had my car serviced to address one issue I was aware of, and was told my vehicle was also leaking transmission fluid from the pan. Paid for both services to be completed and the next day noticed there was still leaking transmission fluid. Brought it back and was told it was antifreeze leaking, which wasn’t what I mentioned, and stated they needed to check again because it was definitely transmission fluid. Turns out it was a power steering fluid leak (which is the same fluid as ATF), which ironically is located where the transmission is by the rack and pinion. $1,200 later, I question the validity of the original diagnosis, and thoroughly disgusted that it took several visits to “remedy”. No apologies and when I asked if there was something that could be done given the multiple visits I had to make, I was given a $15 discount. I chose this business based on multiple recommendations from others in the area, but they failed in my opinion. I definitely don’t recommend.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I brought my car in to get it looked over to see what needed to be fixed on it to make it through the winter and they put dye in my tank because I knew I had an oil leak but didn't know where it was coming from. I brought it home and it wouldn't start the next day, so maybe a coincidence... I got it towed back to their shop and they looked it over and said it needed a new battery and alternator which would be nearly 1000$, so I paid that and they also said I needed to fix the oil leak and needed a new water pump and serpentine belt, but they failed to mention that there was water in my oil. This is kind of a beater car and I made it clear that I don't want to put money into it if the repairs were too much, so they were going to charge me for all of that which was nearly another 1000$ and not even mention the water in my oil. So I didn't bring my car back. And I was charged over $100 just for them to figure out what is wrong with it, but again, they failed to mention my biggest problem of all, the water in my oil.
