In October 2023, this bank told me that they would give me 4.5 percent on my business money market and then guess what?!?!?! They gave me .12 percent.They absolutely cannot be trusted.They lie and misrepresent.

My card was locked when I went for lunch. A quick trip to this branch office and I had a new card in minutes. With todays digital world we need quick solutions to our problems, like I received today!

I have been with US Bank for over 40 yrs. NEVER have I experienced so much bias by an employee. I am disabled and live in a rental unit where there are only coin operate laundry. So after getting quarters for the past 5 yrs, I was told that I need a business acct to receive change. This is nothing but economic discrimination. I know they don't give one hoot about me. So I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

In 66 years of banking this is by FAR the poorest example of a bank I've ever seen. Irregular, short hours, closed on Saturday and no wonder they go they people like changing underwear! This bank stinks beyond words. Owner doesn't care in the least as long as the ridiculous fees keep coming in! Don't bother telling me to email you or that you care. It's beyond obviois you don't. Just close the doors and get the inevitable over ~with!

By far the worst customer service I've had to endure attempting to deal with my issues. The employee did not listen to my concerns at all, she could not answer my questions and instead of asking for assistance she lied to me then attempted to speak down to me as if I was a child. I am extremely disappointed with this bank especially since I am a long time customer.

What garbage service.. only open 5 hours a day at the fergus location. Anybody that banks here is forced to go online app or deal with night deposits. Pretty sad when you have to take time off work and loose money just to go take care of your money.

Worst banking experience in my entire life & 2nd worst isn't even close! Run, don't walk, away from this bank, in any location! I've tried solving problems at the local & national level with US Bank & got runarounds and lack of service and no call backs for days at a time over simple issues that were far too difficult for them to handle! What a nightmare of a banking experience! I'd leave zero stars if I could

Sat in line yesterday behind just one car. I got there 6 minutes before closing, saw the vehicle in front of me was being helped, so I stayed in that line thinking they'd be done shortly. Car finally pulls away just as the clocked turned 5:01. I quickly pull ahead and she's pulling down the screen. I say, "Excuse me but I was here waiting behind that car for 6 minutes." Her gross response was, "No, you weren't, you just pulled up and it's 5:01 and we have closed." REALLY?! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!

Lack of customer service and communication. The web listing said current hours were updated a week ago. Yet, they appear to be closed daily from 1-2. The only way to learn that is by showing up and sitting in the drive-thru lane. You can do better.

Close friend of mine attempted to get a mortgage through US bank in Fergus falls. I believe the loan officers name was Jeremy. It was the worst experience for him ever. Loan officer said multiple times that there wouldn't be any issues, and after 3 months and still no approval, he contacted another lender and attempted to go with them. When he contacted Jeremy to get a copy of the appraisal, he said Congratulations you're approved! So my friend stuck with US Bank. 2 weeks later he was denied. Went to another bank and was approved and closed on his house in 2 weeks.

Worst bank I have ever dealt with. Their 'system' fails to submit payments as scheduled so you get charged with late fees. Den of Theives Bank or ISIS Bank would be a more correct nameplate.

If looking to get a home mortgage look elsewhere. My experience was miserable throughout the process. trying to attain a loan for 87 days with extremely subpar customer service. Missed closing dates and kept in dark throughout process. no accountability. look elsewhere.
