Every other month the Fergus post office will send a pkg thats been delivered to the Fergus post office to another town to be processed then it takes an additional 2-4 days to get. Also Ive had multiple pkgs get thrown in the ditch/field at an address multiple miles away. Its sad how horrible usps has gotten, but keep raising the rates.

Horrible service!! I went there this morning with a package and the lady there was so rude! She always is rude.I feel like I am dealing with the soup nazi on Seinfeld. I didn’t realize they close between 10:45am and noon(horrible hours to be closed by the way).I asked a few questions having to do with packaging and each time she said “we are closing in 2 minutes.” She rolled her eyes and would stand there with a dead stare, then left with packages in her arms to the back. I watched her argue with someone that was in line before. Her answers to my questions were wrong by the way.
I went to “Goin Postal” and they were so helpful and pleasant. I won’t be back to Fergus Falls USPS until they have better help. If you don’t like your job get a new one.🤷🏻♀️

I didn’t want to leave a negative review but I am very upset with this post office mail service here in Fergus Falls. And the fact that they don’t have a number to call and you gotta go there and then they still manage to have issues with my address and sending my mail back and I don’t understand why my mail gets sent back because I have had the same address for the past 5 years and it is listed as my permanent address they always tell me to fill that form online or a form they give you but never fix my address !

Next time, I will be putting a photo on here. The mail man for Pebble Shores didnt put the mail where it was supposed to be. Left letters an a box in an open box to get lost or stolen.

Our local PO is always neat and tidy and the people at the desk are helpful and knowledgeable.

I can tell they're doing their best but funding is low and they seem stretched thin. Their phone system is an absolute nightmare but the actual post staff are super nice and helpful. I've been having issues with my mail due to stuff outside their control and I can tell they want to help.
