Pamela Burbie was an absolute gem to deal with. I dealt with some NOT so wonderful people from the Hinckley branch on the phone and wouldn’t help me. Claimed they couldn’t and Vickie the manager said nothing could be done. I called the Finlayson branch not long after I got off the phone with the Hinckley branch and Pamela solved everything. She followed through with calling me back when she said she would. She continued to watch my account from the start of everything until it was solved. I will forever be grateful for her help. I will only call the Finlayson branch from now on. I love Northview bank and have been with them for years. Thank you Pamela for resolving everything and being so kind. You are a God send!

I worked with Branch Manager Traver Gahler during my home loan application with Northview Bank. He was prompt, knowledgeable, and courteous during the process start to finish. Even with some hiccups and delays from Covid Traver worked hard to make sure everything went as smoothly as possible. After using a big box mortgage company for my first home I swore I would never do that again. I am so thankful we found Traver with Northview and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone. Loan officer Tom accused us of lying, the second time we called to explain our land loan situation. Completely inappropriate behavior. He doesn't even know us, does not know our situation. We only called to understand their different products. To accuse a brand new customer of lying when we call and ask about different options to finance a loan, is both rude and unacceptable.

My wife and I have been working with Traver Gahler and northview bank and I can’t say enough great things. He has been unbelievable accessible and always gets back to us within a short time period making sure our questions are answered and we feel comfortable! He makes sure we understand different processes with mortgage loans and refinancing etc, and it really feels like he is doing all he can do to make sure we get the most out of working with him. I would recommend him in a second to anymore needing answers or solutions for a mortgage issue.

I had the opportunity to have Laura Benson as my banker. She made opening a business account easy for me. She went above and beyond my expectations.
