These storage units are very clean, easy to access, secure and various sizes to meet any needs. They are very easy to work with to get set up and to make payments. A friendly text reminder is very helpful to me as life gets busy. Kate has been working with me in my account and is very professional and very friendly and helpful meeting g all of my needs and any concerns u may have. Best storage units I have used before by far! I highly recommend !

My mom has had our family storage unit at the north branch location for 9 years, I have had mine for roughly one year now and it has been a flawless experience! Frank is awesome to work with and treats customers like family instead of just a paycheck, I HIGHLY recommend gopher state storage to anybody looking for a well put together, secure storage facility!

Had a unit for two years, I ended up grading to a larger unit and gopher state made it pain free and hassle less, I always felt my unit was secure and never worried about my unit being broken into, they rock and are very fast with communication on move in and move out

I had to switch to a bigger unit after a week and the manger was very helpful in getting the switch done easily, quickly and cost effectively. They also monitor the site closely for missing locks or other issues with text messages.

We were longer term customers of the storage unit and had a very good experience. The code system and gate are easily accessible and the text/email reminders when payment is due is nice. Online payment works great. Customer service was always good and had no problems reaching someone to talk to if we had questions about anything.
