I hit a deer coming home from babysitting my grandson. We were told to bring car here by our insurance company. At first that didn’t sit good with me, I thought we would be able to choose, we had never been here before. From the first communication with Caliber Collision to the day we picked up our car, everything was great. Great customer service, great work on our car, communication was awesome, everything went great!!

Caliber enforce Lake has excellent customer service
My Jeep Wagoneer
I hit a deer in the front
I have a series 3 that has all kinds of cameras and other technical equipment in the front end
Brought it to their shop they got it right away
My insurance company had some ridiculous low estimate
Caliber did a fantastic job of researching all that was wrong with my vehicle
On doing the repairs immediately dealt with my insurance company got them corrected. I got my vehicle back the day before a holiday weekend. They did a fantastic job.
I came back to Caliber because in November my Jeep Wrangler was involved in a rear end collision. Somebody hit me.
It was a 4XE hybrid
Hybrids are not easy to do bodywork on because of their electrical system
There were several issues with the insurance company, and then you throw in a recall
Caliber did a fantastic job to get that taken care of. It took several months then dealing with the manufacturer.
Even though it took a while, I was very happy with their service and they were always attentive to giving me information as to where we are at
As long as I’m in this area if I ever need bodywork done, I will be going to Caliber

I did not go anymore over there because a bunch of scammers, they told me to fix a different amount, but they never call me. Butte, charge me for insurance company.A lot of money

They did a perfect job on my Toyota tundra. Tony communicated perfectly and my truck was returned to me better looking than I expected. They even cleaned off the road tar that previously had stuck to my vehicle. Highly recommend and appreciate there attention to details
