“We had an issue when buying a grill. I had a very impolite sales person that was no help at all. We were able to purchase our grill and we did not have it assembled as we would not be able to fit it into our vehicle so we decided to purchase it in the box. We received a box that had torn cardboard, and looked like it was pushed off the top shelf and dropped before being provided to us. We thought that it was just the box that was damaged until we got home. While unboxing the grill, we found that there were multiple parts that were broken and dented. I called the store and asked to talk to the manager about not only our horrible experience with the sales associate, but to share my frustration with a product that was obviously not taken care of for the money that we spent for it. I was directed to Devon, the manager on duty. Not only did he apologize for the sales associate and our experience with him, but he said that he would personally assemble and deliver a brand new grill to our home and remove the damaged one. He turned what was a very horrible experience into a fabulous one. Kudos to Devon, as he really knows the meaning of customer service. I was more than impressed with how he was able to handle our frustrating situation and while we had a bad in store experience my review reflects how it was handled when brought to attention. “Had a pick up order today and Erica was so nice and helpful! it was taking a little while so she went back and dug out our 12 ft skeleton and brought it out to our truck her self! She also gave my daughter some stickers while we waited and told us about upcoming kids events! All the gold stars for Erica!”
