Went here at the suggestion of your worthless online service. They said your store would unlock my phone because I had the code. This little 2 year did not know his head from his rear. It was a complete waste of time. AT&T HAS A LOCK ON MY PHONE AND THE UNLOCK SCREEN WILL NOT COME UP. AT&T SUCKS STAY AWAY AND STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE.

Was helped by Connor, I was worried I wouldn’t get a good deal trading in an iPhone 8. Got a good deal on a 15 plus and get everything transferred in store.

I've recently had two visits to this location, and it was some of the worst customer service I've had. They are very unprofessional, turning the music up loudly while trying to communicate. The manager was busy chit chatting while the newbie was lost. There was an error on their part, so I had to wait for my phone to be mailed in to the store. It's not a huge deal. When I went to pick up the phone, the worker was quite rude and unhelpful. He seemed to want to do as minimal as possible. I was also sent the wrong color phone but was told I'd have to wait again to get the correct color. I will avoid this store from now on.
Update. I was told I would be trading in my phone for a free one, then received a text stating it wasn't eligible. It took a week to get in contact with the manager. He stated I had to go back into the store yet again to fix this. He then stated "I can't come to your house". How unprofessional and rude was Brandon. This was not my mix up and it is not easy for me just to run to the store.

I had questions about my phone, Jabbar helped with a great attitude. Not only was my phone issue fixed, but it was a fun experience, I almost purchased a speaker because he made it sound great with the karaoke option available. I would recommend At&t.

I have not had great luck with any customer service via in person or over the phone with ATT, EVER. Tonight I have to call out Jabbar A for his EXCELLENT service. After an already awful and unproductive call with your over the phone “support staff” I went into the Forest Lake store, not expecting much, but he blew me away. He was patient, kind, knowledgeable and so very helpful. FIXED the issue that your 800 folks claimed wasn't a problem at all. A+ to Jabbar, give him a raise and keep him around.

I experienced the best customer service from Jabbar yesterday! The moment I arrived he was upbeat and ready to help his customers, greeting me warmly while finishing up with another. Since my family was out of the country it was a lengthy process to help me get a new phone. He was super patient and went the extra mile to make calls and work with both my family over seas and the ATT verification support center. He figured out each and every hiccup we encountered and then helped get my new phone set up and programmed and cased. Thank you Jabbar for the exceptional customer service!

Mislead. The guy added another line, changed my plan to get $20 off each month AND lost my HBO. Did not tell me anything except that the new plan would save me $20. All for commission. Sleazy.

Had an absolute good experience at the Forest Lake AT&T the salesman was absolutely wonderful took care of everything we needed, and then some. I hope you have more salesman like this he deserves a raise. He is very good at multitasking, and always says hello as soon as somebody walks in the door, keep it up
