“I walked into the store today for a jacket that I put on hold. My mind was set I was going to get that one. I loved it but wasn’t in LOVE with it when I tried it on. I then continued to browse other options. I then found one that I really loved. Got so overwhelmed with the back and forth on the coats. So I walked out took a minute walked back in, mind you I was already there for 1 1/2 hours lol. Then I talked to the sweetest girl behind the counter. She made me feel so happy and was the most generous person. For that girl that helped me today thank you for making my day. I appreciate you!!”

“Gretchen was the sweetest! I came in needing a last minute gift and she immediately jumped in to help me and even wrapped everything up so the gift was 100% ready to give. While she was wrapping, I decided to grab a sweater that is now one of my favorites. It’s so soft.
