Couldn't book a covid booster appointment online, so I called about a week ago to see if I could schedule one at this location. The person I talked to set up a time for me, and made it sound like they were vaccinating folks left and right. Despite getting a confirmation over text, when I showed up they told me they were out of the vaccine and had been for awhile. Not cool!

Had an Rx sent here on a Friday morning and received notification that it would be filled by 5pm. I just found out that the pharmacy has actually been closed all day and will not reopen until Monday. The next closest location to me is also closed and now my clinic is also closed. I called the complaint line and they are saying they can’t even see the Rx even though I can see it in the app and it says they are working on it when I call the automated line. I’m livid! I would give 0 stars if that were an option.

Constant overcharging on Rx when compared to GoodRx.Very often the quantity of medication prescribed is not available and it is up to ME to sort this out with the referring physician. This requires multiple phone calls and hours spent on hold listening to Muzak.Will try another pharmacy.Couldn’t give them the Zero star that they deserve

I had a great experience with CVS in Target. I will never go back to my old pharmacy! The customer service was wonderful!

Been going to CVS for years with a neutral attitude on their customer service; so so service depending who is working. Shannon is very customer oriented. Dec 7 around 11:00 am I experienced an unnecessary wait as the CVS employees ignored the few customers in line.The employees were really just ignoring the waiting customers for an unreasonable amount of time as they worked on other things. Considering that there were more CVS employees than customers, there was no need to keep the customers waiting for around 10 minutes. The Pharmacist who was waiting on a customer when I arrived, told me she'd be right with me. She then proceeded to walk away and do other things and never came back to the counter. Around 10 minutes later one of the employees finally came to the prescription pick up area and waited on me. Very irritating when the CVS employees behave as if their time is more valuable than their customers. Serving waiting customers should be a priority rather than working on items for future pick up.

If they tell you that you can come back when you're ready, IT'S A LIE!!!!!! They DO NOT know how to leave notes in their system. I would give a negative rating if I could. Several times they tell me to come back when I'm ready, I show up, and they said you already picked it up. I said no, and showed my health chart proving I had another refill. They said come back tomorrow. But it took me 5 times for them to get my prescriptions to that one. So, I no longer live near there. Not feeling I should have to drive another hour in total because they don't know how to leave notes.

This CVS pharmacy did such a great job and helping me and my family get our prescriptions timely and without any stress. All of the staff were so friendly and kind and helpful.

Shanon was very rude. I requested to use Good Rx and she said I couldn't because I had insurance, I told her that wasn't true so she rolled her eyes at me and pulled it up on her phone. She then told me that it would be 80$ when my good RX app said 30. She made something up about being a different composition but was clearly wrong and wouldn't admit it or even try. The pharmacist came over and figured it out for her but the condescending and rude nature of Shannon made the whole interaction sour.

Easily the best pharmacy service I have ever experienced! I switched from Walgreens in forest lake after years of terrible service and I don’t know what took me so long. They have applied coupons onto my prescriptions without me asking multiple times. When I had to go without insurance for a short time they walked me through goodRX and applied the coupons themselves so I didn’t have to search for them. Never have had a problem here!!

Sometimes they don't get things right, like they put away a prescription early or they haven't filled it yet, but all of the people I've dealt with have been very nice and to me that means alot.

Would love to give 5 stars, but this one particular blonde employee here is rude. From what I read on other reviews, and what I just experienced today, I suspect she is the problem employee. I can only hope I see her come to my work, so I can provide her with the same lack of service she provided me with.

Trouble!On Wednesday Sept 15th, my brother(16 yrs old) walked into the cvs pharmacy in forest lake target to get a vaccine shot. Being 16 he does need parental consent before he can so they told him to just go online and fill out the appointment information on his phone. Minors can simply click a box pretending to be a consulting adult to get a shot. They sent him the link themselves! There was no actual parental consent and cvs got to add a jab to there list. They are vaccinating minors without adult permission. Whether it's cvs or people who work there, there's something wrong happening there and they need to be investigated!!!

Terrible service! Had appointment, was told one hour wait. Never use CVS in Target again!
