Ann helped us today and I couldn't be happier! Mom and I visited the store for a walker. Mom was apprehensive about it, but Ann was an angel and made her feel right at ease! We will most definitely go back when she needs additional assistance.

Just had a great experience getting a foldable scooter and ramps. Love my new scooter and trust I can call FLMS for servicing it. Also had a prior great experience with the sister company in Pine City when we bought a rolling walker for our Dad that he is crazy happy about it. Would do repeat business either place.
