Terrible customer service. We have gone to the particular Goodwill too often despite most of the things being junk or broken. Always had the mindset “You just never know what you will find”. Well today we found an extremely rude employee that followed us around and just stared at us. All the way up until checkout. At this point she followed us out and then turned around, never saying anything to us. When I asked if there was a problem, she said “yes, she is wearing layers”. Referring to my teen. When I asked why that is a problem when a man was taking his shirt off on the store and that they probably should have stopped him. Her response was “well he probably wasn’t stealing then”. I offered to have my daughter come and take her coat off(mind you it is winter). The employee declined. The woman was extremely rude. While another employee was apologizing to me for her behavior.

This Goodwill has fallen off so hard. It’s stocked with mostly junk.
I’m giving 2 stars mostly for the fact that it was a relatively clean and organized location.
Just nothing good to choose from though.
I also spotted this location reselling FREE Delta headphones that you get during your flight. Yikes.

Expensive items! Used ugly Christmas sweater was $20. Small artificial plant was $8. Not sure how those on a tight budget can afford to shop here

I am writing to express my concern regarding a recent interaction with one of your employees, whose name is believed to be Colton. During a drop-off on November 9, 2024, I encountered unprofessional behavior both over the phone and in person. Initially, Colton assured me that the items I intended to drop off would be accepted. However, upon arrival, he declined to take them, contradicting his earlier statement.
I found his approach disrespectful, and I’ve heard similar feedback from others regarding this employee. I hope this matter can be addressed promptly to ensure a more consistent and courteous experience for all customers. Thank you for your attention to this issue.

I always find great deals at this location and they sort things a lot better than most goodwills. The blonde guy that cashiers is also super friendly

Clean and well organized, but a bit pricey for a thrift shop. Appreciate the free EV chargers, which are available at most -- maybe all -- Goodwill stores in this region.

I have never been to a goodwill that was so perfectly organized and clean. So much to choose from in every category and prices that don't hurt the bank. I was magnificently impressed. By far the best Goodwill I have been in.

Located right next to the Chrysler dealership in Forest Lake. You can get in and out in no time.

The staff here were very unprofessional. They accused my wife of shoplifting. My wife as never shopliftied in her life. When they didn't find anything on her they didn't apologize or nothing. Actually told her not to come back or they would call the police.they fowled us out to are car and took the plate number. What a joke I'm a firefighter and never felt so sick to my stomach do to this experience. Never go here

Compared to other Goodwill's thru out the country it was highly priced, while they had a lot of new items especially seasonal they were the same price as Walmart or target. People go to goodwill to save money. I could buy clothes at Walmart brand new for the same price as this store. They had a decent selection. But the prices were too high for a goodwill.
