Ordered all new windows and they messed up are three sliding glass doors. We ordered in February and now we are going into August and the problem still isn’t resolved.
The store manager is disrespectful to women and talks condescending to them. He was very rude and disrespectful to my wife acting as if she had no clue what she was talking about because she was a woman. I listen to the conversation.
Stay clear of this store go across the street to Menards

Had a pick up order today and Erica was so nice and helpful! it was taking a little while so she went back and dug out our 12 ft skeleton and brought it out to our truck her self! She also gave my daughter some stickers while we waited and told us about upcoming kids events! All the gold stars for Erica!

I’ve been shopping at this Home Depot since 2013. Haven’t been here in a while. I don’t know what happened, but this is the most unorganized and cluttered store I’ve ever seen. Needed materials for a 6’x6, deck with stairs and 6 square’s of shingles. App said it was in stock, they had about half and it took maneuvering crap in the isles to look at it. I ended up going Menards across the street… and I despise Menards. Manager needs to step up their game big time.
Don’t order anything!!! I’ve lost a nice addition job because they screwed up deliveries. Kept changing delivery dates. I just canceled it and went to my local lumberyard. Hesitant todo so but, I tried one last time. 700 sq ft of flooring was ordered, we were told a date for delivery, 10 days later they have no idea where it’s at. Pathetic. If you can’t get it off the shelves, go somewhere else.

DO NOT get carpet installed from Home Depot. This was the most unprofessional service I have encountered. Not to mention customer service didn't seem to give a hoot when we told them what happened!

Review on RYOBI tools and warranty: purchased all Ryobi tools, including a chainsaw in Sept 2023. Almost immediately started leaking significant chain saw oil, all over the garage and other property. It has been impossible to get the warranty claim accepted. Ryobi said leaking is common and oil should be drained after every use. The warranty clearly applies to this manufacturing defect.
Do not buy RYOBI tools. The warranty system and response is poor.
When I completed the link below through Home Depot as suggested, they replied that nothing can be done; everything must go through Ryobi (which is most unhelpful).
