Sat for 45 minutes in Valvoline instant oil Change on Broadway Avenue in Forest Lake. Moved 1 car, to get the oil changed. Then you have dummies in the line not pulling ahead like doofuses. So I spun out of there and head to FOREST LAKE JIFFY LUBE. Richard and The Assistant Manager, Tbow, were awesome. Got 3 filters replaced, and a full synthetic oil change, in less time than I waited at Valvoline. A lot cheaper too. Valvoline ? You are paying for the name of the oil over Jiffy Lube, and the service is so much better at Jiffy Lube. And QUALITY is Top Notch at Jiffy Lube. Thanks Jiffy Lube. I will be back ever 5k miles.

Went in yesterday for an oil change. Joesph asked me if I just wanted the basic like last time I said yes. Thought at the end it was a little pricey but didn’t think much of it. Just checked my receipt to find out I was charged for a signature service. Needless to say I won’t be back at this location ever again.

The crew working this day is so unprofessional. I’m the only one here. There are five employees working. Three of them are just yelling out the garage windows laughing at vehicles sliding in the bad weather. It’s been over 20 minutes and I still don’t have an oil change. I certainly won’t be coming back here. Should have gone to Valvoline across the street. Now one is scream singing AC/DC. This place is a joke. 22 minutes in and they tell me they don’t have enough of the oil to do it. I fear I may starve to death before this oil change is complete. Tell my family I love them.

I left the place is garbage I sat there 45 minutes with one car in the stall. Nobody even came out to see what I needed.
