I come to this Menards regularly. I'm a Drywall/Painter contractor. I've always had friendly Professional and Good service. I went in today to get 3 gallons of paint. I was in a rush trying to get back to the job I was doing before it started raining. I go to the Paint section get the paint and go to the service desk to have the paint mixed to the color I need. I was met with the rudest,most brainless, and lewd Person I've ever encountered. Kathy was her name. No one was in the paint section I stood where I always go to have paint mixed. She was doing nothing I stood there for 2 minutes waiting for her. She then tells me to walk around to the front of the service desk. When I get there I put the paint on the counter and tell her the color I need. She then ask me what brand of paint. I said this is the brand of paint. She writes on the back of the color samples the brand. She then takes the paint and puts it back on the shelf tells me it will be 15 minutes. I stand there 13 minutes before she goes back to the shelf and gets the paint to mix it. She then walks around talking to a employee that has walked up. After 4 minutes she decides to mix the paint I asked for 17 mins ago. I finally get the paint 19 minutes after I asked to have it mixed. I'll never do business at this Menards again if she is working. It doesn't matter of she's cleaning bathrooms.

I usually love shopping here..... However the policy on my return today was disappointing. they gave me store credit which is fine why can't they live in 2024 and give me a gift card instead of a piece of paper that's going to get washed in my laundry... It's the same for the rebates... What's worse is that this store does not allow the pads of rebates at the registers like other Menards stores nearby... Today I attempted to leave rebate packets at the registers and a manager chased me down and said I couldn't do that. I asked why and she said it's company policy. Funny thing is I stopped back and I went to the garden register they are allowed to have the rebate pads over there. This company policy is disgusting. Menards please do better!

I really like Menards a lot. I shop there a couple of times every month. I don't like seeing such a huge amount of products made in China. The quality of the products from China are oftentimes questionable. I don't like China. I'm willing to pay more for products made in other countries, especially the USA.
