The staff works diligently to assist customers. They take the time to research ‘out of the box’ things that come up. All stores are like this but my store is great.

I have never written a review before, but i feel like i needed to write one today. I had such a wonderful experience in the store today, the staff was very helpful. I hate shopping in stores now a day because everyone is so crabby and un helpful. I had an older woman help me out i think her name was patty or paula, she was such a delight and i don't say that much, she even made me laugh.

Website shows they have it in stock, won't sell me it because they are using it as a display. Two stores later, I gave up and bought it at Harbor Freight.

Buyer beware… called about buying a tiller. First they said they would hold an assembled until we got there as it was an hour drive. Got there and they had sold the one with our name on it so had to get an unassembled one. Put it together and it did not work as expected. My husband called and talked to management. He was told he could bring it back… drove an hour on the holiday weekend to bring it back and then were told they would not take it back. Very upsetting that we were told to bring back and wasted several hours over this. Guy told my husband he could sell it on marketplace. Really? We will not be giving any business to Northern tool and will certainly make sure that other people are aware. Poor company.
