I had a very poor experience with this orileys, The store manager Dave was very disrespectful and very judgey based on my appearance he seemed to stare at me and he followed me around the store it made me feel very uncomfortable being in the store with him around it seemed like he wouldn’t stop looking at me and it was just a unpleasant experience all together, went to the broadway store after this incident the Employees there seem like they actually care and would like to help me find what I’m looking for. I only be going there from now on

I recommend this store to everyone. Staff is very friendly and helpful. My truck broke down in the parking lot and the staff helped me with tools and getting my Serpentine Belt on, and even offered the help. Businesses like this deserve more than can be said.

Go to the other Forest Lake location. The employees here either won't leave me alone, or are rude.

Go with knowledge of your part and cost options ahead of time. Check if in stock and on shelf. They like to zoom around on the screen and hand you the more expensive parts.
