“Literal angels working here!! I made a mistake and dropped off a package to return but was supposed to ship through UPS. It was weeks later when I realized I made this mistake and in a panic called the Lindstrom USPS to explain what I had done. I totally expected it to be a loss (and completely my fault) but was blown away when the kindest woman on the phone told me she had taken it to UPS to get it delivered correctly. Thank you to the employees at Lindstrom USPS who go above and beyond!”
“I don’t post reviews often but I had a feeling that the GM person would be putting a review based on HER actual actions. For people who don’t know some places don’t receive set breaks you get them as you can take them. With that being said as a witness to how this woman behaved to the employee Becky was uncalled for. Becky behaved in the most professional way she could with the women nitpicking over the fact Becky had to use the restroom. Becky is always outstanding everytime I go there so to anyone who says otherwise maybe pull the stick outta your ass have some patience and go learn some human decency:)”
