Went in there to see if I can talk to a banker, teller told me to have sit and will find out how long it is, 15 minutes later, I went back, looks like she totally forgot about me and she told me if I want to make an appointment.

Buying a $8000 camper, ran to bank in forest lake mn to get 8,000 cash. I asked for all hundreds and damn. They don’t have enough, i was forced to take $20’s. Hard to count with all that twenty’s to reach 8000 dollars. Felt stupid buying this of someone handing over all twenty’s. (400 20’s). What kind of bank that is low on hundreds?
Excuse me. Your a bank! I had no choice but to take it. I went over next door Wells Fargo bank. Tried to exchange those stupid twenties and got turned away because i dont have account there. WTH. Gave up went looking stupid buying this camper.

This bank has super shady business tactics. They charged my account for a large transaction that occured on a Friday to make my account negative and then charged me overdraft fees for 10 transactions that occurred earlier in the week. Instead of one overdraft fee I had 10. THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Nice bank but not happy that you can’t deposit cash into the drive through atm. It would be great if they could fix this issue.

I cannot believe these people would let you open an account with plenty of money in it just to tell you you have a small limit of $1,000 that makes it hard to even have bills paid. Customer service sucks also. Called the customer service line, was told to go to bank. Went to bank, was told they don’t know why my app doesn’t have access to increase the limit.I won’t be banking with US bank again, nor do I recommend anyone else to. All they care about is opening more accounts, and wouldn’t even share a simple “just so you know”

The bank feels very old and outdated. The drive-up ATM always seems to have some kind of problem. Either it's completely broke down or won't accept deposits. I shouldn't have to drive to Hugo every time I need to drop money in the ATM.

Waited 25 minutes to do a cashier's check and still charged the $10.00 fee. For the first 15 minutes of the wait only 1 Teller. When myself or any other customer entered we were not greeted.

They are rude and lock the doors early, came here to use the coin machine and they came out before 5 pm and refused to let myself and others in.

My work schedule doesn't allow me to be here during bank hours so I use the atm machine often for transactions. I can honestly say that 1 out of every 10 times I use the machine here the transaction goes smoothly. My job is mainly cash oriented and half the time the machine won't take cash deposits, other times it just spits my card back out and prompts me to call the bank, other times the touch screen doesn't work, yesterday I went and the screen showed it was just booting up? Very frustrating.

I'm a long-time USBank customer and have had decent luck with the customer service at this location, but the drive-thru ATM here is a major letdown. Over the past four years I've lived here, it has alternated between not accepting my ATM card, spitting out $20s cut in half, and not accepting cash deposits. If bank hours were more reasonable I'd go inside to make the deposit but my work schedule doesn't allow it. Clearly USBank's ATM maintenance budget doesn't include Forest Lake because most others I've visited work fine.
