Just bought WALDOCH COYA CAMPER recently and I have been working with Devon Davey with a few small warranty questions. She was very nice to work with and she did her best to email me all related information very quickly.

WORST DECISION I HAVE EVER MADE. THE ONLY GOOD PART IS THE FORD 3.5 ECOBOOST ENGINE. OTHER THAN THAT WALDOCH IS ABSOLUTELY TRASH

DONT BELIEVE THE WINDOW STICKER BECAUSE THEY DONT EVEN RECALIBRATE THE ODOMETER. IVE HAD THE TRUCK 2 MONTHS AND ITS BEEN WAITING ON WALDOCH TO SEND PARTS ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE STAY AWAY!!!

Needed some warranty work done. The guys did great job at fixing the issues and had it done no time. I like to say thank you to Alex and all the folks that work at Waldoch. And a special thank you to Devon for outstanding customer service.

I have have been searching for a factory custom lifted F150 for about 6 months. During my search I came across the WALDOCH brand. I fell in love with the work they do especially the brand new F150 I had shipped from Washington to Florida. They only use top quality accessories and stand behind their work, no questions asked. Even after my factory warranty ended, Devon Davey did not hesitate to help me. What a great person to work with! I will continue to look for this brand for my future truck purchases.

Recently I noticed some rust on my running boards. In addition, I had a couple of my wheel center caps crack and come off. I reached out to DEVON DAVEY, Customer Service/ SVM Warranty at WALDOCH CRAFTS, and she more than exceeded my expectations. Sent her a couple of photos and no questions asked. Devon arranged to send a new set of running boards to my dealer and had them installed at no cost. She also agreed to send me a set of center caps. When it comes to customer service, Devon is a ROCK STAR!

This is my 4th Waldoch truck and I will continue to look for their products when I purchase the next new truck. They provide excellent quality upgrades and they stand behind any issues you may have with them. Just had to work through an issue with seat upgrades and they took care of the problem fast and easy. Waldoch upgrades are top notch! Highly recommended!

We were first introduced to Waldoch 2 years ago. They installed the electrical system in our ProMaster Van. This included solar, batteries, inverter & A/C. Keith, their master installer, completed the install. He worked his magic! We feel safe & confident when we’re using our equipment.
During our first visit to the Dodge Dealer they advised they had to unhook the set up that charges our batteries while we drive. We call ed Waldoch & they shared they had not been award Chrysler had made changes to their install.
Devon, in charge of warranty, oversaw the communication & paperwork. She was ALWAYS available when we called. Because if changes in our lives it took us 2 years to return.
Gerard, in sales, had replaced our original sales person. He jumped in and communicated with Keith, the master technician, our concerns. Plus, we had fog lights installed.
Devon, Gerard & Keith are the folks that make Waldoch a great company.

Purchased a new Borla S-Type exhaust system from Scott and it looks and sounds great on my '23 F150 with 5.0. Scott got everything ordered and shipped to my installer without any issues.

Purchased a custom sprinter van and the all the interior seats are crumbling, just falling apart, the trims are falling off, the whole van is junk on the inside..40,000 miles on it … I reached out multiple times for a solution to only received the same answer” you can buy new seats” clowns… I wouldn’t waste your time at this shop!!
