Forest lake walmart is a joke had an interview there the manager did a no call no show when asked what's going on nobody could answer none of the managers would give me an answer almost a day went by I finally got ahold of someone at 304 pm the next day mind you my interview was 6 pm the day prior and when I finally did get ahold of the store manager he said ok and did u want to do the interview now? No apology nothing that is ridiculous I would think that being a store manager, which I have been many times you hold a certain level. Of professionalism, he didn't give a Karen world, and when I asked him what happened, he didn't have an answer for me, he said. Do you wanna do the interview or not? I said, no I withdraw all applications. Then I got an email saying that I am rude on the phone so I called corporate. That store manager is completely ridiculous. A friend of mine was late coming back from break by 3 minutes. That same manager wrote her up and suspended her for 2 days. Managers should be held accountable for The level of professionalism, just like team members

I stopped in to pick up an oil drain pan. The Walmart app said there were 2 different ones in stock but the shelf was empty, as was much of the automotive section. I could not find an employee in the automotive, hardware, or sporting goods areas so I used one of the call boxes on a locked case to call for an employee. After nearly 10 minutes somebody finally showed up. When I told him that the app said the items were in stock but the shelf was empty he simply said that "somebody must have stolen them." He didn't even bother to check. Not on his handheld, not in the back stock room, not even on the top shelf. So I requested a manager. The manager, whose name I cant recall but was wheel chair bound, went out of his way to search for the oil pans, and although he had no luck he put forth real effort rather than just making an unrealistic excuse. Seeing as how this is not the first time I've had substandard service from an employee in this store from now on, if I have to shop in this store, I'm going right to management with any questions.

They are HORRIBLE about picking up their phones. Each time I've called they've taken at least 5 minutes to answer. The phone just keeps ringing, then someone picks up and just puts the phone back on hold without saying anything. It's extremely frustrating!

Lots of drive up for pickup in the back of the store. I had to wait 10 minutes although I was the first customer in the morning. The service agent was very polite and friendly. Order was correct.

Oh melania or whatever your name is you made fun of me after my gift card was malfunctioning even though it had $1 on it I and you kept forgetting the code. I was just trying to buy my American skirt and you intruded my shopping experience. In all seriousness you did good at your job it was funny for me because I am just broke so anyways find me on snap and just figure it out

I work for Walmart the one on Robert Street I shopped in all Walmarts in Jacksonville Florida and the one on Minnesota twin cities and around the world why r y'all closing down I also want to buy a wall mart superstore one day I want to re open the one in Brooklyn center MN and create more jobs and if the one on st Paul MN on Robert Street want to closed down i wilk one day want to buy that super super super super store i am the one that work hard in it and the customer love when I ring that up because I want to give them good quality services and make the customer Happ with a smile ?? to come back over and over again and again and again please come visit our super Walmart we will make sure u r very happy though out your busy and make sure ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ get hit on every time you come in to shopping ? thank so much for shopping at all of our family together ? It is a Walmart, you just have to figure out were they put things I forgot my dog leach, I ran back and grabbed one and was up to the check out and was in and out in 5 minutes
