Poor business practice. When doing business with this provider, Service technician,Jesse, stated that the only way to complete service was to call the “Boss Ben”. Jesse said that calling would upset the boss and he didn’t want to do that. The technician decided to have the customer wait for an unknown time. Instead of providing good business and doing what was required for the customer he put his personal feelings ahead of the customer. This establishment did not have a working number to their boss to allow service to be provided. If you’re going to do business with them, Call ahead.WILL NOT COME BACK!
