So I recently shipped a priority 3 day package from the Fosston USPS and unfortunately it was delivered 5 days later. The only way to make a claim is online which in my opinion truly sucks. But as for the staff at the Fosston location they where amazing and when asked the post masters stood with me and walked me thru the hour long process of filing the claim for the loss of the product that we shipped.
Huge Thank You to the Fosston post office staff for taking the time to assist me in the process

Check tracking on my packages and they are delivered to PO in morning the day tracking states it will be delivered to me, then check at noon nothing changes. Stop at PO at 3 and ask to pick up packages and they were just getting to them. What the heck is going on there been this way past 3 months.

Terrible customer service. Walked out and just stared me and didn't say anything. Asked if I could mail a package. Again the lady stared at me, rolled her eyes and just stared at my package on the counter. She eventually put my package on the scale and discussed shipping costs. I asked for 1 peice if tape and she said no. You'll need to buy a awhile roll of it. Awful experience. Postal worker had no name tag on or I would call and report her. Awful.
