Don’t do business here! Put your money else where! They won’t actually do their job if it’s anywhere close to 5 because that would probably go past working hours. Laziest bunch I’ve seen in awhile.

I was told today that they wouldn't issue me a new card for my checking account because I "haven't done enough with the account." I have had the account for over 10 years. How am I supposed to "do more" with the account if they won't issue me a card? What is the difference if they issue me a new card instead of me closing the account and opening a new one? They have also done some pretty shady things with loans. Some of which I doubt the legality of their actions. Credit unions are supposed to be about account holders. Guess someone forgot to tell this branch manager. I will say the tellers are very kind and friendly too bad the higher ups aren't the same.
