Fast and honest service.
When we were driving down 94 during the holidays, our car started vibrating and I feared the worst. Fortunately, we landed close to this shop and they were able to get us in that day.
Bryan stayed true to his estimated timeline. He found the problem quickly and walked me through how to repair it myself to save some money (fortunately it wasn't an urgent problem like I thought). He also caught a mistake from a former mechanic in the drum brakes and got that squared away quickly, along with getting some tires back in balance. He didn't even charge much for the work done.
To say I was fortunate to land here is an understatement. Bryan even texted later to check in and make sure that our trip home went smoothly. Couldn't recommend the shop enough. 11/10 service

My friend and I were roadtripping from Southwestern Ontario to British Columbia through the Northern States and ran into an issue on the Interstate leaving St. Cloud. We didn't quite know what the issue was and were luckily able to drive the vehicle to Fastlane Repair. Brian was kind, honest, efficient, and knowledgeable. He not only diagnosed our problem swiftly, but helped us source a part and instructed us how to fix it ourselves to avoid unnecessary costs. He didn't charge us a thing and refused to accept any compensation. We were able to resolve our problem as instructed and have been able to continue our journey with no further issues. Brian is not only a great mechanic, but I standup man who not only fixed our vehicle, but calmed our anxieties and restore some of our faith in people. He was fast, friendly, kind, understanding, honest and made the calls to get us fixed and on the road!Some places you can't even get a tire changed with out some type of scam involved. He was so straight forward, quick and honest. We need more repair shops like this and they shouldn't be taken for granted. Some other auto repair places could learn from here!Thank you, Bryan!

Our sons car broke down on the way back to college. Fast lane said he could fix it and "did". Picked it up the next day, 20 miles later, it broke down, same problem, same issue and undrivable. He said he tried to put a "band aid" on the problem....$250.00 is not what I call a band aid. Or even wanted a band aid. He actually said we should tow it back to him then changed his mind said ill pick it up. No thanks! Dont need more $$ band aides. Said, he would refund the money.....and we are yet to see any money back. I would have rather he said I can't fix it, sorry. Or i dont know what the issue is. But now, I, the parent just threw cash out the window. Since my son is a college, student he can't afford it. He has left many messages since they wont answer the phone. They must know his phone number. Thanks a lot. Do not recommend.
