“Speed Queen sales, delivery/install and the machine itself were so spot on, that it made me think back to the way America used to be. This is in no way a knock on this great country just a reminder that we still have it, if we want it. Speed Queens still does?????. I never write reviews but it was such an excellent experience I felt compelled to. Total professionalism, courtesy and not to mention the quality and durability of the washer. Speed Queen is not the cheapest nor the most expensive. However, they adhere to this 'crazy' idea of giving their customers exactly what they say they will with genuine courtesy.
Oh. I almost forgot...get a Speed Queen next time you need a machine!”

“Shaun was able to hook me up with a refrigerator that fit in our kitchen quickly and schedule delivery quite fast for being right before the holiday. I did have to settle for a more expensive, stainless steel refrigerator because we couldn’t wait the 2-3 weeks to get the black one.
The delivery people week polite and respectful of our home. They removed our old fridge, gave us time to clean the floor before installing the new fridge.”
“Nice, classy showroom floor. More variety than expected. Small area for kids to play while while parents browse. Went with my husband, who was shopping for a new stove. The gentleman offering to help me was friendly and courteous. Unfortunately, the gentleman helping my husband was less so. Despite being willing to pay for delivery, we were told that we were out of range (at 45 miles), so we wound up not purchasing anything.”

“I was looking for replacement parts for an old tub faucet. Was referred to this place by another local plumbing supply store. The gentleman behind the counter new exactly what kind of old faucet I had as soon as he saw the stem. Produced a replacement in a matter of minutes, I left I with exactly what I needed even though I didn't know what kind of faucet I had to begin with. Now I know where to go in fifty years when the faucet fails again.”

“There are two black guys who work the self checkout in the morning time on the weekdays who are super upbeat and friendly every single time I come into this location. Awesome customer service, always quick to be helpful without being overbearing. I should have gotten their names before posting this review, but just wanted to shout them out for their awesome work. I visit Home Depot locations all over the twin cities regularly, and these two fellows consistently provide the best checkout experience by far. Hats off, and promotions deserved!”
“This Home Depot isn’t opened long enough. Since I leave work at 9pm and this store closes at nine, I have to go a little farther to Fridley every day to buy work materials. I work virtually all day every day. Just wish they pushed opened an extra hour later. Very clean store compared to other Home Depot’s.”

“I have a love/hate thing going on with this Home Depot. This has been my main Home Depot shopping location since 1999--15 years. I have a lot of experience at this place. So my credentials are good. I like the fact that this store is never super busy. So it's easy to get in & out. I also know where almost everything is located. Don't make any Special Orders or get any At Home Services unless you want to get screwed up and screwed over. It's also frequently hard to find someone for customer service. And when you DO find them, they don't know anything. On the other hand, there are a few employees who have been here for over 10 years and that are SUPER knowledgeable. I always try to find these people when I have a question. Of course, these are normal people that take breaks and that have days off--so I can't always find them when I really need them. Overall...good with limitations. Come here for what they do best: Buy what's on the shelves, and don't ask any questions or place any orders unless you want headaches. -Daddy Maxx Retro”
