“I went to Jerry's Floor Store is crisis. Our dog vomited on our carpet and the smell was impossible to remove, and we had company coming to stay with us in two weeks. Jess, the salesperson, was extremely helpful and found carpet options that could be obtained, and installed in less than 2 weeks. Schedules were rearranged to get the measurements done, carpet was ordered the same day as measured, and our carpet was installed in two weeks. Everyone went out of their way to provide excellent service, and the final product is perfect!”
