“Rob is an absolute jewel!! From start to finish he exudes class, honesty, and eager to please. He is by far one of the easiest vendors we have ever dealt with. No nonsense, no up selling. We had a budget, he met it. He listened on the phone before coming and brought appropriate and desirable colors that immediately got our attention. His team, super speedy install, cleaned up the after mess beautifully, courteous, nice tight lay of carpet. If we stay in this house long enough to need new carpet some day, we will only call Rob. A gentleman, supremely professional, and no mumbo jumbo lol. We so appreciate you Rob, and all your crew!”

“The installers did an amazing job installing our carpet today. We are so pleased. The line of communication was great. And Joel the salesperson was amazing and really helped educate us on carpet. We will be going back to Jerry's in the future.”

“T&C Carpet & Floors is among the very best in the metro area. Gold standard communication, attention to detail and always putting the customer first. Seriously, the response time is incredible. And, in my case, Tim and Dena went the extra mile for me and I'm only a first time customer. They are now my go-to source for flooring”

“We brought a kitchen runner in to be cut down. They did an amazing job and for a few extra bucks they fused a pad to the back of the rug. It was done in a week to our total sarsfsction The price seems very reasonable too We couldn’t he happier and they couldn’t have been nicer I highly recommend Bobs”

“Great place the staff or the owner I talked to was amazing. The person answered all my questions and didn't try to push me into buying. I felt very comfortable there and had a good time looking at all the different carpets they offered. Over all I would recommend coming to this place over a big store.”

“After 2 and a half years my Rum River flooring needed to be replaced. Through the disappointment, Rum River stood behind the product they sold me. The process took a bit to complete, but they went above and beyond in working with me, keeping me updated, and sending me samples of possible replacement flooring. I don't often see customer service like that these days. Thank you!”
