“I came in to this credit union based on a mail flyer about lower credit for refinancing car loan. The first time I came in was on a Saturday and the gal I had was very nice, but we could not unfreeze it.
I came in the following Thursday and she was able to get it frozen for me. Her name is JYNAH LASH. I was here for over two hours and she was an incredible incredible lady. I could not get over the difference in my two credit unions. The other one was much less accepting and friendly. I am so blown away. I’ve been telling everybody about Genesis since I came Thursday! I have some brain difficulties and she accepted them and just worked with me like I was a normal person! The manager had introduced himself and he too was nice. MARINA was the first one to help me and she was a sweetheart too
I appreciated her expertise in her knowledge and her kindness and her help especially with my lack of ability on an iPhone! Keep her around! The lady at the desk too what’s her name? The only reason I removed a star was because I felt that some follow-ups associated with one of my accounts were not timely or clear. It wasn't detrimental to my finances, but it was a minor annoyance that could have been fixed with an email.
Otherwise, the staff are so friendly, professional, and still personable enough to make it feels less sterile than some other banks I've visited.”

“Logan was our loan officer for the purchase of our new home, and he was outstanding from start to finish. From the moment we submitted our loan application, Logan stayed on top of every detail and kept the process moving smoothly. We shopped around with other lenders, but Magnifi offered the best rates—so competitive, in fact, that one lender was visibly upset when we shared the rate we were offered!
In a high-interest rate market, Logan helped us lock in a great deal on a 10/30 ARM. He was incredibly responsive, often following up in the evenings and even from parking lots to make sure we had the information we needed as quickly as possible.
The only downside—unrelated to Logan—was the mobile app. It wasn’t very user-friendly when it came to setting up automatic payments, and we ended up needing to visit a branch to complete that setup.
Overall, our experience with Logan and Magnifi was excellent. Highly recommend!”

You can use to stay in the same people and working with the same people so when there’s changes you become weary. But I can tell you that, even though sometimes a face has changed, but It’s always the same great service and helpful staff.”
