“Love this bank!! Immediately after a transaction occurred over the weekend I was notified of suspicious activity. They confirmed with me and blocked my account so no additional transactions could occur. I went it to get a new card and Jasmine helped me and as I was asking about a 2nd account for online only, Shelbie was able to decipher what I was meaning to say but didn't explain well enough in the initial question.
