They are chronically under staffed, but the staff always does their best to help people and are kind and patient. Even during the pandemic they were rock stars. I have more complicated meds and they only have so much in their control but provide all the info I need in case of shortages.

the pharmacists are great. this is really just on target to properly staff their pharmacy. doesn’t make sense that there is only ever one person staffed.

Normally, I’m all for a good review- but not for this place. If I could, I would give it negative stars. I have had the worst experience and I’ll be looking for a new pharmacy. The pharmacist refused to give me my medication and told me to go back to my physician. They argued back and forth and told me I couldn’t pick up my period until July for my ADHD medication. My physician said CVS had my prescription and they’re not sure why they turned me away.
My physician (the next day) was on hold for FOUR HOURS. I ended up going in because that seemed like the easier route. They then give me the same response until I had to show them the MyChart message. Then they told me to come back in 20 minutes to the pickup window (bypassing the line.) I came back in 20-25 minutes later. I waited a solid 5-7 minutes to even be acknowledged for them to tell me to get in line.I waited an additional 15-20 minutes. Awful customer service, awful wait times on the phone and in-person. There were 5-6 people working an the one person that was helpful didn’t even work at this CVS!

Pretty much the worst ‘pharmacy’ with the worst and slowest prescription filling service ever. I don’t know how I didn’t remember that it takes 8 hours to fill one prescription. Literally. The. Worst. (& they’re always rude…makes me want to never shop at that Target)

Target needs to help CVS manage their pharmacies or they need to move on. No organization, phones ringing off the hook, nowhere for people to stand. This has happened more than two times now. complete chaos. Time to move the scripts to a company that can handle the task.

It is true that they seem understaffed. However these folks work SO HARD. It is an incredibly busy and stressful job, one of the hardest customer service jobs out there.

The services at CVS have made our lives much easier with available vaccines, flu shots, etc. The customer service has been appreciated and the location is convenient for our family. Keep up the good services for the community.

They have taken more than 3 days to fill a prescription I need now. Their automated system provided me with incorrect info. I called for help and have been on hold for more than 40 minutes.

The management here is awful. It is understaffed here which causes them to make dangerous mistakes. Go somewhere managed by someone that is capable of fully staffing the pharmacy. You don't want stressed employees improperly handling your medication.

They are awfull.. Constant delays for medications or the order is never put in. And they rarely answer their phone no matter when you call.

Never a long wait. New scripts are ready within a few hours- not likeW.......ns where it took days and I always had to wait in line for an hour to pick up a Rx.
