Target needs to help CVS manage their pharmacies or they need to move on. No organization, phones ringing off the hook, nowhere for people to stand. This has happened more than two times now. complete chaos. Time to move the scripts to a company that can handle the task.

It is true that they seem understaffed. However these folks work SO HARD. It is an incredibly busy and stressful job, one of the hardest customer service jobs out there.

The services at CVS have made our lives much easier with available vaccines, flu shots, etc. The customer service has been appreciated and the location is convenient for our family. Keep up the good services for the community.

They have taken more than 3 days to fill a prescription I need now. Their automated system provided me with incorrect info. I called for help and have been on hold for more than 40 minutes.

The management here is awful. It is understaffed here which causes them to make dangerous mistakes. Go somewhere managed by someone that is capable of fully staffing the pharmacy. You don't want stressed employees improperly handling your medication.

They are awfull.. Constant delays for medications or the order is never put in. And they rarely answer their phone no matter when you call.

Never a long wait. New scripts are ready within a few hours- not likeW.......ns where it took days and I always had to wait in line for an hour to pick up a Rx.

The employees have ALWAYS been fast, friendly and responsive, by phone or in person. (Also this is totally free, doesn’t even need a log in to use this and I’m not affiliated with any company here BUT-) One of the first times I came here, an employee told me about GoodRX.com as a resource since I couldn’t afford my $200 monthly meds (even w/ insurance). That advice literally has saved me THOUSANDS at this point, and they had no need to help me like that I am forever grateful to the employee who did. As for some other reviews, medication can’t be returned once it leaves the premise in the pharmacy world, so policy might be the problem for safety reasons, it’s not staff working being difficult. My wish is that the company of CVS would change their bottle stickers to be more easily removable- trying to remove them is so frustrating because they don’t pull cleanly off, I have to scrape at it or get it sort of wet and make a big mess once a month. They don’t recycle well without effort. I would normally reuse them for small objects like beads or sewing needles. ♻️ But I choose to get meds sent here because it’s fast, convenient, and they are always nice to me. Lead pharmacist guy is cute too but in a “wow you’re smart and I hope your life is as good to you as you are to others” way :) Very nice people. Been going here forever, they are all hardworkers who show up and make it happen. Their service to our community is invaluable please be nice to them!!! ?
