I had my hair cut by Lynn today. I am a black natural girl with a pixie hair cut and this was my first time ever stepping foot in a great clips. I was nervous by Lynn assured me it would go well. She knew exactly what I was talking about andwhat I was going for. I am excited that I found someone I like to cut my hair. Thanks again Lynn.

Came out of Great Clips in St. Anthony looking like a disaster. Called the Fridley location, walked in, and Redo took one look and said, “I got you.” Ten minutes later, I had a real haircut, a smile, and my confidence back. Shoutout to Redo, man turned a mess into a masterpiece.

Quick, no fuss or unnecessary cross-selling. I have a very unpredictable schedule so can't make appointments 5 weeks in advance. Some people think not having the same stylist is a negative. I'm not a fan of small talk, so I am just as interested in getting out of there as fast as the stylist is in getting the next client in their chair.

Absolutely terrible. Do NOT go. I had a simple easy cut (#2 clipper, 1 inch the top) and they still couldnt do this. It was the black lady with the glasses that messed my haircut up. DO NOT go. Not worth any of your money. They do not care for you.

This location is my go to for haircuts. Stylist was the first time I’ve seen this person. Felt like my USMC boot cut. He slammed the electric razor with the #1 guard continually into my scalp, painful. The end result was my worst cut……period. I’ll add, I have liked ALL previous cuts and stylists at this location. This review was specifically addressing my last experience. All others would be 5 ⭐️

was here yesterday with my boyfriend so he could get a hair cut and he went with a older male not sure of his name and specifically asked for him to not touch the back and to only clean up the sides(he has a perm and was forming his mullet for the past 2 years) the guy went to cut his hair and only had the top half clipped up and shaved the whole back of his head leaving him with a inch left. keep in mind my boyfriend repeated multiple times what he wanted and i heard him all the way in the lobby saying what he wanted. he was very upset and had to go somewhere else to get it fixed and now has to regrow his hair. oh and to add on the stylist had a paper printer out that even said what he wanted from the last time he went…
