“I was working out on my own 5 days a week at a previous gym and not getting the results I wanted. Peak Physique is awesome. Show up and push yourself and you'll see the results. Every day is different and it's always a challenge. Great trainers and great community. Couldn't be happier with this gym.”

“"The weights at this GYM are really Heavy!!" Only a hardcore bodybuilder would know the reference to that statement. Steel weights and a hardcore atmosphere. The DB's go to weights unseen in other gyms. I think I saw a pair of 2-hundo's there the other day and hope I will get to meet them someday. MetroFlex Gym is the best Gym in the North Metro and perhaps the Twin Cities. Old school machines mixed with new machines. All its missing is blood on the mirrors and puke stench coming from the trash can from squatting, deadlifting, and training yourself into delirium or what we call the GROWING REPS, the reps that count. This would be the gym where Arnold and all his old school bodybuilders would train at. The gym is beyond reasonably priced and you wont be bothered by people when you train here as they all seem to have their own agenda and dreams they are pursuing.”

“I give this Life Time Fitness in Fridley generally positive reviews..Liz at the front desk says the pool area is open until about 10:30 pm Monday to Friday and 8:30 pm Saturday and Sunday. There is a Pool Waitress serving beverages after 8 pm CST on Friday and Saturday night. ???The Jacuzzid in the men's and women's locker rooms are very comfortable. The.capacity is 6 to 8 but sometimes after 8 pm there are members that overcrowd it and play on their smart phones .The free towels, organic lavender soap and shampoo is a plus along with private shower stalls is very appreciated ?. The pickleball courts are very modern .$20 an hour for private rentals and free for ARORA. The tennis ? drills are rather pricy at $23 an hour or $35 per 90 minutes. But is run by a pro . Nate and Jarod are very good racket pros. I wish newer members could rent a locker for $10 per month. A member has 4 free guest passes per month. But the free guest pass is once every 60 days. Otherwise, it is $30 per visit. It should be between $10 and $20 to attract more business since my membership is $99 per month. The outdoor pool is very large and cool. There is s privacy fence for modesty and safety. Have you ever considered an outdoor Jacuzzi Whirlpool like there was Einstein ago ? Thanks. The Lifetime app makes it very easy to sign up for classes , rent pickleball and tennis courts. Check your payments, visits and exact hours spent at the club. It does take extra time sunce the club requires your guest to install the app. That must be for promotional.purposes to attract new members , eh ? The app also has very good tips on health and wellness. There is a sign that says No Parking in the drop- off area near the front entrance..It is fine to stop for less than 3 minutes. But many drivers linger too long since it should be for emergency ? vehicles. There was an unmarked black car with very dark tint on the windows parked in the fire lane for over 10 minutes on 11/ 04 /25 . It might have been unoccupied.
Very healthy food and drink at the the Life Cafe with weekly specials on sandwiches, etc. Very wide selection of beverages. Barristas are very friendly , prompt and offer advice on menu options. It is rather spendy though. Just remember to bring your water water bottle and/ or thermos. There are drinking fountains in 4 locations where you can fill it to save water for no extra change. Very Eco - conscious.”
