Cashier was super rude when I mentioned I didn’t want to do the 3 for 6 deal on Coke. Sighed at me and rolled her eyes. I mean I guess I get it, it’s very hard to work with people at 7 am when your sign said 2 for 5 or 3 for 6 and someone simply wanted two cokes. I was charged full price for both my cokes so didn’t even get my advertised priced. Asked for my receipt and was refused I think she didn’t want the bad review. Her manager was standing next to her during this transaction.

The girls that work on night shift are thief’s on August 12 around 11pm I came to bump a gas I put my card in everything goes through and when I push the nuzzle in it keep cutting u can hear it so when I try to walk in there was two girls they said they closed I wanted to ask what’s wrong and when I checked my bank it says $11 used be careful I will keep an eye on my bank account so be careful people if your the owner take immediate action store number 0188 Fridley mn

Another Holiday that can’t produce fishing license the printer is down for maybe another week gentleman tells me maybe they should just take all the machines out of these holidays, if they don’t want to sell licenses.

Went there to buy a monster and from the name tag this cashier named shawn gave horrible customer service, at first he greeted me and my friend and thought he was friendly, went to put my card in but there was something wrong with that machine so he was giving me directions on what to do but he spoke so quietly I could barely hear him, I could tell he was getting irritated cause he was being snappy.

I am typically a kwik trip person but thanks to the wonderful employee named Victoria I will now be stopping at this location for all my gas station needs. From the moment I walked into the store, she was ready to help with a smile on her face. When it came Time to check out we had a wonderful conversation and she made me feel not like a customer but a long time, friend. It’s hard to find people with as good of customer service skills as she has nowadays. I’m not sure if she’s a manager, but if she’s not, she definitely deserves to be one. She deserves a raise and anything good in this world. It was so refreshing to not feel like a burden from an employee at a gas station. Thank you so much, Victoria. I truly hope you get everything you want this world you deserve it.

This Holiday gas station is a complete ripoff compared to other stations within a few miles. Consistently.25 cents a gallon higher.

Customer service sucks. Got overcharged for extra items that I didn't buy. Got to work and called to have it go back into my card, they requested I return in person to have this done. When I returned, they had the amount into a gift card instead of my card. Remember why I don't go to Holidays anymore.

Tried using card 3x at pump only to have woman inside yelling it is pre-paid. Either be courteous or fix your pumps...you don't get both. Find anywhere else to spend your money.
