They had the tools I needed on hand, which made me quite happy.. It did take some time to find someone to unlock the cable securing the tool set I wanted; but eventually we got it.

Jason is the most disrespectful worker there if i could give zero or lower i would. I had a battery that i bought from there that has a 3 year warranty and he said that i didn't buy it from there or that i bought it somewhere else.

I tried to use the curb side pickup to save some shopping time. Received a notification my order was ready so I followed the steps as outlined in the Home Depot app. After waiting for 10 minutes for someone to bring my order i went inside. The customer service rep sent me down by the pro desk for loading. They came out with the wrong # of items and stated they needed to get a forklift to fill the rest of my order. I ended up canceling the order due to time constraints and later went to Menards who filled my order promptly and correctly. Very disappointed!

Very bad service in this place, some of their employees seem to be always angry, I took a cart from the sales floor and a worker came claiming that it was his cart, he grabbed my things and put them on the floor, hey, carts are for customers first I think I. On another visit, I still asked an employee about a sample of ceramics for my apartment and without checking or helping me, he said no, in a very bad way, this store is the closest to my house but I will have to go somewhere else where they treat me better

Good... I was buying plants and went inside to get some things and every checkout was self check, I won't do that. I will not self check it's not my job I spent my time picking out all my plants and I get to the self checkout and I'm like either somebody can check me out or put the plants back, however the one in the outdoor plant area had a checker so I went there.

Purchased four eight foot Westbury Aluminum deck rails today. 1 hour to go before Final City Inspection find the last one had been cut straight out of the box. Had to cancel inspection, go back and to your store and ask why your people accepted an obvious return that was damaged back on the shelf without checking it.
Management should have a chat with your staff about this. These little mistakes is what has caused us to spend several hundred thousand a year somewhere else on our construction projects. Something for you to think about.
