Absolutely awful service. 1st I got laughed at bcz my order online a d pick ip wasn't ready even though I got an email 4 hours prior. Then the cashier told me not worry bcz there are plenty of my item and it will take less than 10 mins. I stated the point of order online ahead is so I did not have to spend time inside the store. This lady found it very comical that I was very visibly upset. Not that I didn't have 10 minutes but the fact of the matter what good is this order ahead service? I have never had a good experience with any staff at this location I will most likely never be back. No need. Northtown Home Depot at least ignores you and let's you shop as you please.

We ordered a bunch of materials with the next day delivery service. No delivery the next day . First off , the order is completely confusing . The order was split into two orders and it's not very clear what's is in each order . We called them multiple times and we finally got part of the order delivered 3 days later . The remaining items are all the large items I couldn't get in my car . Calling and following up was being passed from store to store . At one point they told us 2 of our 3 remaining items were delivered , then 3 items were confirmed and on a truck .We eventually rented a trailer and drove up to pick the items up. We asked for the delivery cost to be refunded , they said they'd do that , of course they didn't and that was another call . It's a great store but the delivery is completely unreliable

Poor customer service. Just left - 10 people in 1 line while 4 leeks stood with the Joseph (possible manager) who told us to go to the other end of the store instead of opening up another register. Hello Menards!

Made an appointment last night with The Home Depot (Fridley) to have someone come today to measure for carpeting. We asked they come in the morning, they said they'd call first and come sometime between 9am-5pm. No show, no calls. Very frustrated and disappointed as I wasted the day staying home waiting.

Ordered a New Maytag Washer and Dryer set on December 11th 2020 at Fridley MN Home Depot. The Home Depot delivery rescheduled 3 times. On the third try ....the delivery service called and said they were lost and could not find my house. After 3 times your out.....just like Baseball! I will NEVER shop at HOME DEPOT AGAIN!!! I bought a NEW Washer and Dryer set at a better store with BETTER SERVICE.... Don't buy or shop at HOME DEPOT!

Ordered a gas stove & a microwave on 12-15-20 after shopping at several different stores. I finally settled on using this location because the sales women was extremely friendly compared to other home improvement stores. I was told that my installation would be on 1-31-20 from 11am-3pm which worked out perfect because I only have Thursday's & Friday's off due to Covid-19. Managing a restaurant during this pandemic doesn't leave you with many install dates so I pushed it out t

Pre-covid I had good experiences at this location, but their staff does not know how to follow social distancing. Twice in one short visit, as staff were rushing around they got close enough to touch me, while asking me to move.One- I do not want to be touched by random strangers, staff or not. Its inappropriate. Just verbally ask me to move, but they did not take the time.Two- I shouldn't have to point this out, but if you are close enough to touch me, you are not 6ft apart. They have the most contact with the most people, they should be maintaining their distance and Home Depot needs to train their staff to do so. Will it take an extra second? Yes and that extra second could reduce the spread of covid, so seems like its worth it.
