First time customer of any kind of quick oil change business. Kirsten was great and I will definitely use this location again because of her. She was prompt, talked to me and explained what she was doing and why and taught me how to reset my oil light! The only thing that could have impressed me more is if there were snacks! ?

Kirsten was awesome, professional and trustworthy. Her counterpart R*** seemed less onboard with everything. I overheard him talking. He sounded negative and he seemed much less enthusiastic and disengaged. I was the only customer there this morning so it didn't appear they were understaffed. He just gave off some not such great vibes. Other than that it was great!

Don’t go here, they will over tighten your drain plug and filter and then over charge you for it.

You have to get your oil changed somewhere and THIS is the right place to have it done. I have been going here for years and am constantly impressed with this locations service. Chuyee and Dashay had me in and out in what seemed like 5 minutes. All while being respectful, professional, happy, and engaged.

I dropped my wrist watch at Jiffy lube and the employee called me right away to let
me know and held it for me until I returned the next day.
They did a great job on my headlight restoration.
