Great customer service! They didn't have my oil filter on hand, so they ran to the local auto parts store and got what was needed. Friendly and willing to go the extra mile!

I got an oil change at this jiffy lube on August 16th. This morning on my way to work when the light turned green and I stepped on the gas, I heard a funny sound and the oil light came on. I took it in to tires plus and they said whoever did my oil change stripped it. So now I'm out almost $900 unless jiffy lube pays for it

Left the line at another quick oil place down the street after waiting for 30 minutes with no movement in the line.Got to Jiffy lube, was done in 20 minutes. Big thank you to the hard working and professional staff here. Saved me an hour and a half at least!

Jamar, Ally and Shay were excellent! Hilarious and joyful to talk to while getting oil change! Started talking about coffee (caribou or Folgers Starbucks ain’t even on the list of good coffee come on now) seems silly but got a discount with them and all sorts of laughs. On Google It says that they are open till 5 PM on Saturdays . But I showed up at 4 PM and they are closed. Their lights are completely off. However they have 2 cars parked outside.
