Booked an appointment online only for it not to be honored. Then to be asked when did I book it, and the person wasn’t available because they were busy with walk ins. I’m sorry that’s NOT my problem! Honor online bookings or don’t have it available. The excuse irritated me I WILL NEVER GO BACK! I was a custom for over 5 years. As a person in customer service it’s HUGE for me to experience the customer service I give.
Response: Hi, no I was not late I was 15 min early. It was so long ago I don’t remember now. It was with a lady that I had gone to 2x prior. A gentleman told me I couldn’t be seen and the walk in took priority over me then asked questions on how I booked. I told him online he said they didn’t check online and had to call in. So somewhere down the line the ball was dropped.

Best pedicure and set of dip manicure. Definitely telling everyone to go here. Polite staff and they listen and check in with you so relaxing.

Easy to make appointment online. Quick check in, appointment started right on time. Given a menu of choices with clear descriptions and prices. Comfy massage chair. Great service. Everyone was friendly and accommodating.

The 3 stars is off the strength of Henry my technician..But the review is bout the Owner Han. The first couple times i came here she was friendly and nice but this time she was acting as if I did something to her personally she stared at me like she had a issue wit me and told me I was 15 mins early to my appointment which I knew and to have a seat but proceeded to be friendly with the white women she was servicing and offered them eggrolls...she was friendly to everyone but me which made it seem like I shouldn't be going there which sucks cause I enjoy Henry but for the owner to treat paying customer like that when I didnt do anything is very sad and that's how u ruin buisness for other folks in your shop cause now which im sure dont matter Henry lost me as a client cause of how Han treated and acted towards me smh I didnt do anything and the looks and stares from her was like I wasnt suppose to be there and yet she was nice and friendly with everyone else smh I dont get it but the 3 stars is for Henry not the buisness as a whole clearly she had a issue wit me and could've spoke on it but the looks made me feel as if my money wasnt wanted there and that's BAD ENVIRONMENT TO CREATE FOR SOMEONE THATS PAYING FOR SERVICES IN YOUR PLACE OF BUISNESS!!! thank you to Henry for my beautiful nails!!

I have been going here consistently since March of 2024. I cannot say enough good things about this nail salon. For starters, Han, is absolutely amazing. Han is so kind and talented. She has never said no to a design and has never done a bad job on a very complicated nail design I asked for. Here are many photos of Han’s work. The whole salon always welcomes you in, especially if you’re a regular😉! Not only are they all amazingly kind but the place is always clean, the temperature is always great and they let my boyfriend sit next to me every time. They all love to talk to my boyfriend and make it know that they are more than happy to welcome company. I highly recommend Luxury Nails❤️

I’ve never left a Google review before, but I just love this place. I’m happy to work with all their techs as they all take their time to sculpt out the nails and make them sturdy. I’ve never broken one of their nails ever, and that’s a first for me! I had such a bad experience at my last nail place that I went over a year without nails. I stopped at luxury nails for my birthday this year and have been back every 4 weeks for a fill ever since! They’re honest, hardworking and have never turned down a challenge. Highly recommend!

Cured gel polish on my skin around the cuticle and now I have really bad inflammation. Also from what I saw, the nail tools were reused from the previous client when I was called over next in line to get my nails done. All were in the same container with the same dust and marked stains on the outside of the box, nail tools just thrown in there. Same with the dusting brush they use to dust off your hands and nails after using the power tool, they never replaced it after working on the other client. Don't know why I didn't say anything, I was trying to give them a chance and be nice about it since they are supposed to be professionals. Went to the doctors office due to the burning pain around my finger and discovered I had a infection along with a allergic reaction.
