Customer service wouldn't credit my debit card I had the receipt and they gave me store credit. I'm not shopping there again selling my store credit.

Menards is good have all kinds of stuff. We were looking for furnace filters. No 3M products but a nice decent price replacement at a great price.
Will try this year.

Store seems to always carry the basics. Pretty plain. Nothing unique. Would recommend the larger Definitely prefer the St. Paul Midway store even though 3 miles further.

I would just like to take a moment to laud the marvel of interior design and efficiency that is the Fridley Menards. The store is neat and orderly, line wait is never egregious, and the store layout feels very natural.
Despite having such a bastion of utility, a model store to look up to, other Menards locations have given in to inhuman urges to claw at the heavens obscenely, shuffling guests and merchandise alike up and down slaughterhouse-like conveyor belts between floors; Fridley Menards is a steadfast shrine to stability and sensibility in a world that has fallen to disorder and disarray.
Be warned; it’s hard not to go a little crazy with impulse buying at some of the end-cap displays, you never know what you don’t know you need until you see it!

I have never been to this store before, and right off I got the help from everyone who worked there, and from that, I could tell that they knew their job. Unfortunately though I had to reverse my transaction the next day, and I didn’t have 100% trust in what I was told-you will get the full refund, I think the manager, Terry sensed it, and he told me ‘trust the process’, meaning to trust them….sure enough, I got a call, a couple of hrs later and an email from the manager, Amber at millwork Dept, saying that I would receive a full refund. I also noticed that she copied the email to Mr. Terry as well, I am guessing that he wanted to make sure that I was taken care of… this meant a lot to me for various reason which I will not go into…The Menards company should be proud of its employees….people like these are hard to come by theses days…. Thank you, Terry, and Amber.

Placed an online order, while clicking through the purchase pages they slipped in an additional charge for labor to pick the product. Hit the confirm button and as I did that noticed the price didn't look right. Checked the confirmation email to find the additional charge, there's no way to cancel the order online so I called the store. The associate told me they'd cancel my order and refund the charge. Nothing comes through on my credit card so I call back 3 days later. This associate tells me it takes 7-10 days for a refund. Not a problem, I can wait. Finally get the refund and it's for only the cost of the items and not the labor cost.
Congratulations Menard's, you can keep the $6 and lose me as a customer forever. I'm unaware of any of the other major hardware stores charging extra to order online and pickup in person so I'll be using any of the others going forward.
DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!

Great place. Perfectly located. Often need stuff on the job and they have it. Easy in and out even though I wanna look around.
