Walmart I'm one of your regular customers, I get all my pharmaceuticals, a long with several hundred dollars in groceries every month. I have been a loyal customer. Today I spent $300 in groceries and went to the ATM, I had to pay three dollars to get out 100. Well instead of giving me five 20's It gave me 100 Dollar bill. So I went to your money center to get change for my hundred that I just got out of your ATM. They said no we don't give a change at the money center. So I asked for a manager, She said we don't give change. Now I know she has a key for the register and she could just open it and change five 20's for the hundred, but no she can't do that. She said I have to buy something well I already did buy some thing I spent $300 on groceries just now I had 2 full carts . She got an attitude and told me to go talk to the policeman so I went and talked to the policeman he said there's nothing he could do. I'm a handicapped person and I had two helpers there with me and everybody thought it was very poor customer service so I don't think I'm gonna go to Walmart anymore I'm gonna get my groceries and my pharmaceuticals somewhere else.

I am soo disappointed in this Walmart. I am not one to make reviews but it hurts my heart to say I won't be going back to this Walmart. After waiting countless hours for them to fix a purchase for me while using a gift card it only ended with them telling me I have to wait 24 hours for the money they charged to return to my gift card, without receiving any of my things I reluctantly left not knowing if that money that was used will ever show up on my card. The manager Tammy was not reassuring at all and did NOTHING to correct her employee wrongs. Not only that but upon asking the associates for help finding my toddler a water bottle I was dismissed multiple times and told to look in the wrong direction when I was telling them it was CLEARLY not there! What a joke!

Can't even answer the phone to ask a simple question i've called five separate times and all five times I couldn't get anybody to answer the phone very sad !!!!

I don't usually shop at Wal-Mart but when I do, I only get their stuff on clearance. If I could rate this place a zero i definitely would. Worst experience ever! I went to Walmart today and saw that their baby crib was on clearance. I asked one of the workers if they can help me carry it to the register and to my car because I wanted to purchase it. The guy looked super young and said to me that I can just put it in my small regular shopping cart and left to attend to something else (or so it seems). So I looked around for another worker who can possibly get me something I can put this huge box full of wood in. The guy was helpful enough to get a rolling cart from the back to help put the box on. Then the young employee came back (the one from before) and asked if we needed help and left to get another rolling cart. Clearly you can see we were getting assistance from someone else. He then asked if we needed help getting it to front. He proceeded to roll the cart to the register for me. He help scanned the item for me and left. I would assume this employee would help me get this 60 lb box into my car for me. Instead he left after scanning my item for me. I then asked one of the cashier if they could possibly have someone help me load this 60 lb box into my car. They looked at each other and had someone else help me. The person left to get "a bigger cart" and never came back. I was left at the register for 10 minutes until a fellow shopper was nice enough to ask if I needed help loading it into my car. Wal-Mart, you need better customer service! Train your employees to be better!

Their security guards at Walmart are always harassing people although most people don't notice that. This is very disrespectful. It seems to me kind of ( racist ) But other than that, it is a very good store for shopping.

I waited outside for 20 minutes for my pickup order to be brought out to my vehicle. There were no other vehicles in the reserved spots. I even use the online app and put in my parking spot and still had to call them. They acted surprised that I was here. What is the check-in feature on the app for if I still have to call to get my groceries brought out to me?

I have used Walmart grocery delivery service for the past year. About six months ago the store fulfilling the order was switched to the Fridley Walmart. Ever since then, the deliveries have been screwed up, especially in the last month. The last two orders I had to chase down. Two orders ago the system said the order was delivered, when the driver never even pick the groceries up from the store. I had to spend an hour on the phone trying to get them to provide another driver. This order the tracking information says the driver was at my door, and when I clicked on the map it showed him at the store. The store is 3 miles away. The driver showed up 40 minutes later, way past the delivery window. I called the store, and they just put me on hold forever. Unacceptable

I bought Blue Coral wash & Wax 100 ounces today at Walmart in Fridley. Big sign says: $3.88 ROLLBACK $2.88. I think good deal. I buy it and it rings up $3.88. I wait in line at customer service today 8/30/2020 around 3 PM for price correction. Customer service rep, I am sure Walmart knows who it is (only 1 working) refuses to adjust price to the sale price of $2.88. Really? Insists there is a "smaller" size for $2.88. Insists there is a upc number on the shelf to verify one that is $2.88. Insists I have to return it or pay $3.88! So I return it. I walk all the way back to the far back corner of the store and carrying my other purchases and: The sign still says $2.88. There are no other sizes than the 100 ounce size. There is no upc numbers on the shelves anywhere. So I asked Tommy in that department to verify the sign, the product and the price. He says the employees "made a mistake" but will gladly honor the advertised price. So I go wait in line to buy it again. The cashier believes me and recommends I take a picture of sale prices. I was not carrying a camera. How to spend an extra 30 minutes at Walmart and buy 1 product with 3 receipts.

I went to the Walmart today in Fridley at 6pm I wanted a simple refund on a Onn tablet I bought. It worked but couldn't connect to my wifi at home. The lady at customer service tried to give me an attitude and raising her voice I simply told her do you have any manners? I told her to stop raising her voice at me. My dog at home acts better than you. I understand your job is stressful but in this COVID-19 pandemic but it doesnt mean you have to be pissy with customers. The customer service manager wasn't any help she wasn't doing her job and was talking to her coworkers ignoring customers. The tablet wasn't out of warranty I bought it two days ago I walked out not satisfied a horrible experience.

Had the rudest cashier she must have been in her 70s. First I was trying to get a divider from her and she grabbed it from me and slammed a different on the conveyer. Then she got mad at me because my card was not working right in their dumb machine. just completely RUDE and NASTY! I am calling her boss today!

do not buy anything from Walmart. Even if it is a exclusive brand item their warranty is not worth the paper it is printed on. I bought a jumper box air compressor it crapped out on the third tire I put it on. I took it back and wanted to exchange it for one that worked. The dolt told me too bad so sad. I have to send it to the manufacturer. It says Walmart on the box. I will never shop at Walmart again. Poor quality products, poorer service. Bad value. I bought a replacement on Amazon for 10 bucks less and a real warranty. Close the store, I am done.

When are you going to enforce no parking in the fire lane in front of store. Unbelievable how this problem keeps getting worse. At least I don't see and trucks unloading merchandise after my last review.

12/11/16 around 6-7pm.. Found a metal detector. Asked a worker for help, 30 mins later guy never return. Saw him just sitting at cashier like nothing happen, asked another worker, again the guy just took off and never return. FINALLY, saw a worker at the electronic and he helped. THREE TIMES!! Over an hour of waiting! What a POS store.. Won't be going there anymore!!
